It actually isn’t that hard.

It can seem momentous when you’ve let things get out of hand.

But it’s ultimately about maintenance and priorities.

Now when you’re in a clothes shop deciding which color you want that dress in.

That’s easy.

That’s a dopamine hit right there…….

But that trip to a tropical island that happens at the end of the year, because you chose not to buy that dress then and multiple other times.

That’s what I’m talking about.

One little step at a time.
